Registration Fee Protection Plan (RFPP)
The DeMarini TOP 96 maintains a no-refund policy for all of our clinics, however players may purchase our “Registration Fee Protection Plan” (RFPP) to guard against changes in their plans that might cause them to unexpectedly drop out of a clinic.
The RFPP is ONLY available for purchases when you register for an event (pay your registration fee). Further, it's only available if you register at least 15 days in advance of the event. An RFPP is $75 per event. Here is a benefits comparison:

To use your RFPP, you must send an email to our administrator. Your email's time stamp will be the date we use to determine your refund category. You should state in your email, the player’s name and the name of the event from which you are canceling, as well as the option you are choosing (e.g., refund, transfer, etc.). You need NOT provide any reason for canceling if you have purchased the RFPP. We will send you an email, with confirmation of your request for the change or refund.
The Registration Fee Protection Plan offers no benefits if the event is rained out, please see our weather cancellation policy.
Each Registration Fee Protection Plan can be used ONLY one time. For example, you use your RFPP to transfer to another event, and then find you again cannot participate. You will have to pay the appropriate transfer fee to change events a second time. You may not use the original RFPP for a second transfer. In all cases, you also will owe or receive credit for any difference in registration fees upon transfer.
